Dave’s Birthday in Mexico

I am so thankful for my husband. He is amazing. He is the only person I would have ever taken this leap of faith with and sailed off into the sunset with. Thank you Dave.

We celebrated Dave’s birthday in a small bay just north of Manzanillo, Ensenada Calrrizal. There are 4 boats total and it is full! No palapa on the beach! It is very secluded.

He started out the day with a chocolate almond croissant, Kalua and coffee, and fresh pineapple. Next, we went snorkeling and it was one of the best snorkeling we have seen so far in Mexico. Back to the boat for lunch, then we rowed the dinghy to a different snorkeling spot. Again, great fish and corals. Now it is nap time!

One last snorkeling adventure after napping. The water was a little more murky so not as good viability but a great swim to cool off. Happy hour on the boat with bruschetta and rum and cokes. Dinner was homemade spaghetti, salad. Garlic bread and a bottle of red wine from California!
