Bahia Santiago and Manzanillo

One short hop (5 nautical miles) got us to Bahia Santiago – avery relaxing spot. More snorkeling to be had. What can I say but that retirement is awesome!

Next stop was Las Hadas in Manzanillo Bay. Las Hadas is a resort that has a great anchorage, a med-moor style marina, and a safe place to dock your dinghy. We walked to the main road then caught a bus into town. We found the beach and walked along until we found a restaurant playing music! We always follow the music. We enjoyed Molcajete, a Mexican dish that is served in a volcanic rock bowl. Yummy. We did not explore Manzanillo’s old town that will be something we do on our return trip.
