A beautiful hike took us to a beautiful swiming hole and waterfall. Well, it was a man-made dam that had water overflowing. Hey it worked for us!
Our friend Alicia took us there. We had to take 3 busses to get to Mismaloya. Then we had a hike up a dry river bed. It was mostly dry but we had to walk for a short time in water. At the end we had a nice swim in cool water which we shared with a bunch of fish and four other hikers. A short while later a tour group of about 30 people showed up. They did not stay long.
Of course we ended our adventure with beer and pizza at Los Muertos Brewery. Then little truffle squares for dessert at a chocolateria.
