We are very fortunate to have some dear friends going with us on the start of our adventure, Rick and Janis. They are on their boat Star Passage! It is a Valiant 40 sloop sailboat that has been to Mexico several times, to the Marquesas, to Hawaii and back to San Francisco. Yes all with Rick and Janis aboard. Rick and Janis have been sailing and racing sailboats for many many years. Rick has been to Mexico at least 15 times. Their knowledge and confidence in us gives us comfort. They are also a lot of fun to be with. We are looking forward to buddy boating with them and catching up to our other friends Don and Roz. Fair winds and following seas!
