October Flashback

Yes, we are a little behind on our blogs. We promise to do better.

I had a girls’ weekend with two of my best friends, Nan and Nena. We laughed and rested and got some projects done at Nan’s house. It is always such a blessing to reconnect in person. Dave and I also visited his Dad’s and had time for some sightseeing.

When we got back from the Pacific Northwest, we got to work on our boat and house. There was still work to be done on the engine exhaust hose. We also wanted to check and clean under our liferaft where water seems to pool.

Back at the house, we had two trees taken down in our front yard. They were dying, and after Helene, we didn’t want to take the chance that they would fall on our house. Ahh, home ownership.
