We made a visit to our good friends, Dennis and Susan, in New Bern, North Carolina. It happened to be Mumfest weekend, so we wandered around town and saw some cool sites. We also got to go sailing 2 days in a row! It was nice to visit and catch up.
Back in Evans, at the house, we had time for a night out with the US Airforce Concert Orchestra and Singing Sergeants.
Mary’s sister Patty was passing through the area and stayed with us for a while as we got the house ready for the winter sailing season. She was here for Halloween, taking the tree stumps out of our front yard, cleaning up the tree stump debris, and also enjoying some downtime at our backyard firepit. What fun!
