We left West Palm Beach and Peanut Island behind as we continued our travels north. This leg included the company of two other boats, our friends Bruce and Lynette on Cerca Trova and John and Tess on French Kissing Life. Actual buddy boats!

We had a long motor on the Atlantic, but put up the headsail as we closed on Ft. Pierce Inlet. The wind picked up nicely to allow us to throttle back on the engine for at least an hour.
Once we were in Fort Pierce, it was time for dinner at Island Pig and Fish, a BBQ and seafood restaurant. It was delicious and the company excellent.
There was also a Hershey Ice Cream store on the way back to the boat. Hershey beats every other store we’ve ever seen for variety! Too busy picking our flavors to get pictures. Sorry!
