We left Benao just after 5PM on December 28. With the waining daylight, we were able to visually navigate away from uncharted hazards such as a small fish pen just outside of the bay. And then we were off and making our way through the sea in the dark! Nothing left to do but slog our way overnight to Vista Mar. We have not been tied up to a dock for over a week. Our Pacific Ocean camping adventures were coming to a close.
We had about 75 or so nautical miles to cover and a couple of significant challenges to surmount – the weather and the ocean. We are in the dry season according to some sources. Those sources are wrong! We had to dodge wet and sparky storm cells in the middle of the night, and could find very little consistent wind to sail. We also had legendary currents to slow us down.

We did persevere. We landed just before 8AM. We took a long nap tied to the dock after our overnight journey. Tonight we go to BogoBar to celebrate.

Glad it was successful. Sounds like you deserved the nap.

Seems like it would be easier if you just changed all the colors to green. ??
