We stopped for a couple of days outside of Tallahassee at a county campground. The park was in need of some maintenance and updating, but it fit well with the neighborhood! We were only there for two nights.
Our main focus of our Tallahassee visit were end-of-trip dental and medical appointments. Our dentist office was supposed to open the week of our stay. Brand new shiney office. They delayed their opening. They did not bother to let us know. It’s an Aspen Dental office, by the way. Zero stars.
On a brighter note, we did stop and see Tom & Terri for a surf and turf dinner and to pick up our pile of Amazon treasures that they had been storing for us. Shannon and John also joined us for the culinary delights mastered by Chef Tom.
