The kids had a great time at the splash pad by the marina. The did adults stayed dry!
Dinner with the family is always a highlight.
For those of you who do not know, US 31 runs through downtown Charlevoix (my hometown). There is a drawbridge that connects Lake Michigan to Lake Charlevoix. On the hour and half hour the bridge is raised to let boating traffic go through. This causes traffic backups. You need to time your phone shoots just right! You also need to time it so you are not stuck in traffic. It is a unique, but fun problem to have.
