Heading back to Shelter Bay Marina, we stopped at Green Turtle Cay. It was a short run and we saw some very cool small islands. Once at the marina, we enjoyed a swim at the beach where we met a holistic Dr. from Panama City who was on a short vacation with his sons. It was a dinner out for us at the marina restaurant. We all had fish or shrimp. It was delicious.
The next day we headed for Portobello anchorage, yes sailing the whole way. We passed a cool looking hotel or house called sea pod near Linton Bay. Once safely anchored we enjoyed the calm waters of the nay, a short swim, and views of the fort built in the 1500’s. It was a nice place to rest before we had to get ready to fly to the states.
