We anchored in a beautiful calm Santa Elena bay last night after a 25-hour motor/sail. In the last five miles, we were hit by a squall – all the salt was rinsed away from the boat.
We were surrounded by jungle! We were the only boat there. In the morning, the National Geographic Quest ship was there. I think it is like a cruise ship, but for nature lovers. I wonder how their breakfast buffet looked.

We are now heading to Playa del Coco and will anchor there for two nights. It is a happening town, so we should have good service.
Looks lovely. I am interested in any differences you notice from Mexico.
